?: I am having trouble signing up for the newsletter. I keep getting an error code. What is wrong?
A: The Newsletter no longer exists and you are probably looking at old information floating around out there in Cyberspace. We have switched to Twitter to save time and reduce the number of e-mails in everyones in box. It's a simpler and quicker system and it is FREE.
If you really desire more detail than Twitter provides then please go to the Jaenne.com MySpace page and you can read regular updates on any and all changes being made to this site.
?: Where are the free patterns located? In what section of the site they are located?
A: There is no special "freebie" section in the Jaenne's or Angel Quilt Project site. You just need to look through the categories and choose patterns to look at. There are more free patterns on this site than those that are for sale. Your chances are pretty good to find a free pattern you would love to do. Besides, most of Jaenne's sale patterns cost $1, and the most
expensive Angel Quilt Project pattern is $3. They are not that expensive.
?: How do I download the pattern? There is no download button on the page. I cannot see where I download the pattern.
A: For all free patterns, you just click on the actual picture on the pattern page. The pattern image IS the download button.
?: I downloaded a pattern in a zip file that has an .xsd extention. What do I do with it?'
A: We are in the process of converting all files to PDF documents. Due to the large number of files, It's taking us a while. Just notify me at DanskMermaid@aol.com, whether it be a free or a
purchased pattern, I will glady rapidly send you the PDF. Usually, hen I get notification of a sale I will automatically send out the PDF to your e-mail address while I catch up.
?: Why are some of the PDFs so big and have so many pages?
A: The PDFs are created at the largest view level we can create for that pattern. This serves two needs. These files take up less web storage space and the large print is beneficial and help for people who have a vision impairment.
? I've downloaded a pattern, but my computer is not recognizing the XSD file name (As in AngelofDenmark.xsd) I am unable to open the pattern. What needs to be done?
